Here you can pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Klarna Pay Later, PayPal, Apple, Google and Shop Pay.
If you would like to return your order, you can easily do so via our Return Portal. Further information can be found in our Right of Withdrawal.
In the event of a material defect, we'll cover the return shipping. Simply report it in our Return Portal.
Unfortunately, orders that have been entered into the system cannot be canceled. However, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and will receive a full refund if the goods you ordered are returned to us in good condition.
Once we receive the goods, we will inspect them for damage within 1-2 business days. If everything is alright, we will refund your money via the payment service provider you selected during the purchase. You can find more information about this in our Refund Policy.
