Boodies is a modern swimwear and fashion brand focusing on comfort, quality, and responsible production. Our products are made for everyday life – comfortable, timeless, and durable.

Behind Boodies is Nona – founder, creative voice of the brand, and direct link to the community. Many decisions, designs, and content are created in close collaboration with you.

Our community is a central part of Boodies. Feedback, shared looks, and honest opinions directly influence the further development of our products.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

You can find all information about shipping times and shipping costs on our shipping page – there you can see transparently which options are available for your country.

Unfortunately not – once the order is complete, we can no longer change the address. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.

Then it usually gets sent back to us. As soon as it's back with us, we'll get in touch with you and find the best solution together.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These are levied by the respective country and are your responsibility.

🛒 Ordering & Payment

Yes, you can easily order as a guest. With a customer account, you'll simply have a quicker overview of everything (orders, status, address) and can participate in the loyalty program .

You can pay securely at Boodies – e.g. with credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, Klarna Pay Later, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, USDC and depending on the country, other local providers.

Once we have received your order, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change it. However, if something has gone wrong: Don't worry – you naturally have the right to withdraw your order and can return it after receiving it.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and unfortunately cannot be added afterwards.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

You can easily register your return via our Return Portal . There you will be guided through the process step by step.

You can return your order within 14 days (from the date of purchase). Once we receive the goods, they will be inspected and you will receive a full refund minus a return fee of €4.99.

Once we receive your return, we will briefly inspect the goods. If everything is in order, we will refund you via the original payment method.

Please contact us via the Return Portal – in that case, we will take care of the return shipping for you and quickly find a solution.

📏 Sizes, Fit & Products

You'll find a size chart on every product page. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger one.

You can also enter your data via our sizing tool SAIZ and receive a personalized size recommendation.

Most styles are true to size. Notes such as "oversized" or "fitted" are included directly in the respective product description.

Some items are being restocked, others are limited edition. If available, use the notification function on the product page.

🧼 Care & Materials

You can always find the exact materials directly on the product page in the description. We always work with safe, sustainable and high-quality materials.

Please follow the care instructions on the label and on the respective product pages. Our tip: low temperature, gentle wash cycle, and avoid tumble drying if possible.
